1. Agreement to These Terms

These Website Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of altastudio.gr, including public pages, portfolio content, public galleries, blog content, contact forms, legal pages, and related website features.

Alta Studio is operated by NetViper in Athens, Greece.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Private galleries are also subject to the Private Gallery Terms. Photography services, bookings, image-use rights, payment terms, and client deliverables may also be governed by a separate written agreement between the client and Alta Studio or NetViper.

3. Purpose of the Website

The website is provided for:

• Presenting Alta Studio’s photography work
• Providing information about photography services
• Allowing potential clients to submit inquiries
• Publishing blog or editorial content, if enabled
• Delivering or linking to private client galleries
• Providing legal, privacy, cookie, and gallery-access information

The website is not an e-commerce checkout platform. Alta Studio does not currently process online payments through altastudio.gr.

Payment, booking, cancellation, delivery, and licensing terms for paid photography services are handled through separate client agreements, invoices, or written communications.

4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, overload, impair, interfere with, or compromise the website, server, galleries, security systems, forms, or related infrastructure.

You also agree not to use the website to violate the rights, privacy, safety, or lawful interests of Alta Studio, NetViper, clients, gallery viewers, photographed individuals, or any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The website, including its design, code, layout, text, branding, graphics, logos, user interface, custom features, and software elements, is protected by intellectual-property laws and belongs to NetViper, Alta Studio, or the applicable rights holder.

Photographs, galleries, previews, images, visual works, edits, and related creative materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, download, scrape, archive, modify, distribute, publish, repost, license, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any website content, photographs, gallery assets, or visual materials.

Accessing the website does not transfer ownership, copyright, commercial rights, image rights, publication rights, print rights, or any license except the limited right to view the website for lawful personal or informational purposes.

6. Portfolio and Public Images

The website may display public portfolio images, public gallery images, studio marketing images, behind-the-scenes material, or other visual content.

Public display of an image does not mean the image is free to use. You may not copy, screenshot, download, repost, print, alter, sell, license, scrape, or use public images without written permission from Alta Studio or NetViper.

If you appear in a public-facing photograph and would like it reviewed or removed, contact info@netviper.gr with enough information to identify the image, such as the page URL, screenshot, event name, approximate date, or file reference.

Image-use and removal requests are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Image Use Policy, applicable contracts, and applicable law.

7. Private Galleries

Private galleries are governed by the Private Gallery Terms.

Private galleries may be accessed by unique links, and may also use passwords, PINs, email gates, or other access-control methods.

You may not attempt to access a private gallery unless you are authorized to do so. You may not guess, brute-force, scrape, bypass, share publicly, or misuse gallery links, passwords, PINs, images, downloads, or access controls.

If these Website Terms conflict with the Private Gallery Terms for private gallery activity, the Private Gallery Terms control unless a signed written agreement provides otherwise.

8. Contact Forms and Communications

The website may allow you to submit inquiries or contact requests.

When using a form, you agree to provide accurate information and not to submit spam, abusive content, malicious links, false information, automated submissions, or material that violates the rights of others.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, confirm a booking, reserve a date, guarantee availability, or create any obligation for Alta Studio or NetViper to provide services.

A booking or service relationship exists only when confirmed through the applicable written agreement, invoice, deposit/payment arrangement, or written confirmation from Alta Studio or NetViper.

9. Blog, Editorial, or Informational Content

The website may include blog posts, articles, guides, commentary, studio updates, or other informational content.

Such content is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, medical, security, or professional advice.

Alta Studio and NetViper may update, remove, correct, or modify blog or informational content at any time without notice.

10. Newsletter or Subscription Features

If newsletter, blog subscription, or email-update features are enabled, you may subscribe only with your own email address or an address you are authorized to use.

You may unsubscribe using the available unsubscribe method or by contacting info@netviper.gr.

Subscription data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attack, scan, probe, overload, or interfere with the website or infrastructure
• Attempt to bypass authentication, gallery access controls, passwords, PINs, rate limits, or security systems
• Guess, brute-force, enumerate, scrape, or harvest private gallery links
• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, downloaders, or automated tools without written permission
• Copy, screenshot, download, repost, modify, or redistribute photographs without permission
• Remove, crop out, obscure, or alter watermarks, copyright notices, or metadata
• Use images for advertising, resale, publication, AI training, facial recognition, biometric analysis, or commercial purposes without written permission
• Submit spam, malware, phishing links, false inquiries, or abusive messages
• Use the website to harass, defame, impersonate, threaten, or harm another person
• Violate the privacy, image rights, copyright, contract rights, or personal rights of another person
• Use the website in violation of Greek, EU, or other applicable law

Alta Studio and NetViper may restrict, block, suspend, or investigate access where misuse is suspected.

12. Security and Abuse Prevention

NetViper operates self-hosted defensive systems to protect the website, galleries, forms, dashboard, and infrastructure.

These systems may log technical request data, detect automated traffic, restrict suspicious access, apply rate limits, block malicious activity, and support investigation of abuse.

13. Third-Party Links

The website may link to third-party websites, platforms, social-media pages, booking references, payment instructions, maps, or other external resources.

Alta Studio and NetViper are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, security, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites.

Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Availability and Changes

Alta Studio and NetViper may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website, galleries, forms, downloads, blog, or other features will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

We may remove, update, archive, restrict, or disable content, galleries, links, or features for operational, legal, security, contractual, or business reasons.

15. No Warranty

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alta Studio and NetViper disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alta Studio and NetViper are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from or related to use of the website.

This includes loss of data, loss of access, lost profits, business interruption, unauthorized access caused by user sharing, misuse of gallery links, device/browser incompatibility, third-party service issues, or reliance on website content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alta Studio, NetViper, their operators, contractors, representatives, and rights holders from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, unauthorized sharing of private gallery access, or unlawful use of photographs or other content.

18. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Private gallery activity is also governed by the Private Gallery Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or use of altastudio.gr.

20. Changes to These Terms

Alta Studio and NetViper may update these Website Terms periodically.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
